Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the office related to data entry and scheduling - Coordinate and schedule appointments for technicians through new scheduling software - Maintain and update office records, files, and databases in new software - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members - Order and coordinate service materials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role - Proficient in office software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Note:
